WELCOME TO NEWPORT PLACE
Since 1999, Newport Place has been providing affordable shared apartments for international and American residents. Many of our residents are attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges.
We offer private bedrooms and studios for monthly rental to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Newport Place is an intimate community of 27 residents who live in 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments and studio apartments.
Our apartments are fully furnished with everything our residents need to live independently and comfortably - including a fully outfitted kitchen in each apartment and studio.
All-Inclusive Rent - rental rates include: utilities (water, electricity, gas), Internet, telephone, cable TV, and periodic housekeeping.
The property has free wireless Internet. Residents can access the wireless network either by one of the three computers in the computer room or by using their personal laptops or handheld devices.
