Since 1999, Newport Place has been providing affordable furnished apartments for international and American students attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges. We offer monthly bedroom and studio rentals to accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Newport Place provides roommate-style living that creates an intimate sense of community for our internationally minded residents. Residents can choose from 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments and private or shared studios.

Study
and research at the San Diego City College Learning Resource Center
(Library). This spacious facility is located directly in front of
Newport Place. It is open to the public and offers extensive resources
for Newport Place residents. This state of the art library is a
quiet and peaceful place to do your homework, read a book or surf
the Internet using Newport Place's Wi-Fi system. 
Due to the growing popularity of Newport Place, we have added more accommodations with two sister properties that
offer residents the same roommate-style housing and amenities.
