Description

This four-bedroom apartment is locted on the second floor in the rear of the building. The apartment is accessed by stairs located in the gated backyard of the building. There is a large kitchen that serves a the main common living area. The apartment has a long hallway past the kitchen that adds privacy for the bedrooms. Outside the entracne door to the apartment is a sitting area on the deck with table and chairs.

All four bedrooms have restored redwood floors and ceiling fans. Bedroom 8A is very large with a full size bed, free-standing wardrobe and 7 windows that overlook the back yard. Bedroom 8B and 8D are smaller rooms, each with a twin size bed, a free standing wardrobe cart and one window facing a passageway between the two sections of the building. Bedroom 8C is a smaller room with twin size bed and one window facing West, with a view towards downtown.
